Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is an American cookbook writer who has been awarded Emmy award. She is the host of the longest-running Food Network show, Barefoot Contessa. The series began in 2002. It will air for 27 more seasons. Ina Garten started her professional career at the White House where she wrote nuclear energy policies and budget reports. After initially finding the job intellectually stimulating and exciting however, she began to get bored with it. Barefoot Contessa was then bought. After 18 years of making her store a huge success, she sold it, and then began writing her first book. Many more cookbooks as well as magazine columnists that followed. Another success is the Food Network Television show. In addition, she sells everything from cooking equipment to items and even containers. Ina did not go to a cooking institute and hasn't been employed in restaurants. Ina is completely self-taught. Her name is known for her effortless approach to entertainment and simple cooking. Her most popular recipes include the lemon chicken that she grills in a skillet, Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon and balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
